1. Description of Service
Chapter AI is an AI-powered tool that analyzes your YouTube video link to generate automatic chapter timestamps, SEO tags, descriptions, and click-through-optimized title suggestions. Analysis is performed using the Google Gemini model.
2. Account & Sign-In
Access to the service requires signing in with your Google account. During sign-up, your name, email address, and profile photo are shared with us by Google.
3. Credits & Billing
New accounts receive free analysis credits upon registration. Additional credits and subscription plans can be purchased under the terms described on the Pricing page. By confirming a purchase, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your provided payment method. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy page for details.
4. Acceptable Use
You may only submit content you have the right to analyze (your own videos or videos you are authorized to use). You may not use the service for automated bulk scraping, reverse engineering, or in a way that infringes third-party rights.
5. Content Ownership
You retain full rights to the chapters, tags, and descriptions generated for your videos and may use them freely in your own YouTube Studio dashboard.
6. Third-Party Services
The service relies on Firebase for authentication and data storage, YouTube for transcript retrieval, the Google Gemini API for analysis, and PayTR for payment processing. The respective terms of these providers also apply.
7. Limitation of Liability
AI-generated suggestions (titles, tags, chapters) are automated predictions and are not guaranteed to be accurate. The service is provided "as is"; we recommend reviewing results before publishing.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on this page.
