Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties
Seller: Hazem Tasarım (Arılı Köyü Bulak Küme Evleri No 6/3 Fındıklı/Rize, Tax Office: Fındıklı Mal Müdürlüğü, Tax No: 4280424201) — hereinafter the "Seller". Buyer: the user confirming a purchase through their Chapter AI account — hereinafter the "Buyer".
2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties when the Buyer electronically orders a monthly subscription plan or a one-time extra credit pack listed on the Chapter AI Pricing page, in accordance with applicable Turkish distance-sales consumer protection regulations.
3. Product/Service Details
The item sold is not a physical good; it is a digital credit granting a stated amount of video-analysis capacity. The product name, credit amount, and price are clearly shown to the Buyer on the Pricing page and at checkout. Payment is securely collected via the PayTR payment infrastructure.
4. Payment & Delivery
Once PayTR confirms payment, the purchased credit/subscription is instantly and automatically applied to the Buyer's account. As delivery is electronic, there is no shipping process (see the Delivery Terms page). For monthly subscription plans, the Buyer's card is securely stored with PayTR and the subscription automatically renews each month, charging the same card; this is separately and clearly disclosed at checkout.
5. Right of Withdrawal Exception
Digital content/services whose performance begins immediately with the Buyer's consent are exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable distance-sales regulations. By confirming a purchase, the Buyer agrees that performance begins immediately and that no right of withdrawal applies. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy page for details.
6. General Provisions
The Buyer confirms that, prior to purchase, they were informed of the product/service's essential characteristics, price, payment method, and performance terms, and confirms the order after reviewing this information electronically.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from this agreement fall under the jurisdiction of the competent consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts at the Buyer's or Seller's place of residence.
8. Effect
By confirming a purchase on the Pricing page, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted all terms of this Distance Sales Agreement.
