Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. No Right of Withdrawal
Credits and subscriptions sold on Chapter AI are digital services applied to your account immediately upon payment confirmation. Under applicable distance-sales regulations, digital content/services whose performance begins immediately are exempt from the right of withdrawal, and no refunds are issued after purchase.
2. Cancelling a Subscription
Unless cancelled, your monthly subscription automatically renews each month and charges your saved card. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation does not refund amounts already charged; it only stops the next billing period from being charged, and you keep using the service until the end of the period you already paid for.
3. When a Subscription Ends
When a subscription is cancelled and the paid period ends (or automatic renewal attempts fail), your account reverts to the free plan, the benefits tied to that plan (priority processing, plan-specific credit allotment, etc.) end, and your stored card is deleted from PayTR. If you subscribe again, your card is registered anew. One-time extra credit packs (Bronze/Silver/Gold) you separately purchased are not affected and remain on your account if unused.
4. Exceptional Cases
If a technical error occurred — such as an incorrect charge amount or a duplicate charge for the same order — contact us at emregundogan53@gmail.com and we will review and correct it on a case-by-case basis.
