1. Data We Collect
When you sign in with Google, your name, email address, and profile photo are retrieved via Google Identity Services. We also store the YouTube video links you submit for analysis, the generated results, and your credit/job history in association with your account.
2. How We Use Your Data
Collected data is used to provide the service, let you view your analyses and history, manage your credit balance, and improve the product. We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising.
3. Third-Party Data Processors
Video transcripts are sent to the Google Gemini API for analysis, your account and job data are stored via Firebase/Firestore, and payment details are handled by PayTR for processing. Your card details never reach our servers. For monthly subscriptions, your card is tokenized and securely stored by PayTR to enable automatic renewal; we only retain an opaque reference token (not your card number), which is deleted once your subscription ends. These providers are subject to their own privacy policies.
4. Local Storage & Cookies
Some settings, such as your language preference, are stored in your browser's localStorage for session continuity.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at emregundogan53@gmail.com.
6. Data Security
Your data is protected using Firebase's industry-standard security measures (encrypted transport, access control). That said, no method of transmission over the internet is ever 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, port, or request deletion of your data. Simply reach out to us by email to exercise these rights.
8. Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed at users under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
