Delivery Terms

1. Digital Delivery
All products sold on Chapter AI (monthly subscription plans and one-time extra credit packs) are digital in nature. There is no physical shipping process.
2. Delivery Time
As soon as PayTR confirms payment, the purchased credit or subscription is automatically applied to the Buyer's Chapter AI account. This typically completes within seconds; in the rare case of a delay, it is completed manually within 24 hours of receiving payment confirmation.
3. Delivery Destination
Digital delivery is made to the Chapter AI account linked to the Buyer's Google account; no separate physical delivery address is required.
4. Delivery Issues
If your payment was confirmed but the credit/subscription did not appear on your account, contact us at emregundogan53@gmail.com with your payment reference (order) number and we will resolve it promptly.
